Unfortunately I was never able to clarify these charges from the beginning to the D.A. Steve Russell & Dean Plattner My attorney made the decision on his own without my consent. “Possibly”violating my civil rights he’s explanation was that no matter what I would have said to the D.A. they were determined to charge me.  What happened the accuser Maria Giraldo has being indicted on 18 charges of federal fraud, on the timing of fer fraudulent behavior the D.A. was also her victim. That decision in my opinion cost me.  

The facts on this reckless prosecution

Summary:A masterful reckless prosecution, No doubt I regret giving in to the State for frivolous charges against me predicated on a lie by a disgruntle so call“victim”. The State refused to drop charges; I simply couldn’t afford to continue.

This decision was not justifiable at all, at the minimum the judge should have refused the plea deal based on the answers I was been asked of the State attorney since I never got to speak to the State attorney because my law representatives thought it would do no good since the state had what they called a “Hard on for me”. And the Judge didn’t like me, how about that for apiece of mind going in to a trial.

At the minimum the State should have interviewed the architect of the letter that I signed, Attorney of the law firm in Tallahassee, Florida Mr. Robert Bass, hired by Mr. Steve Wesphal to manage the transaction in question by the Assistant State Attorney, Dean Plattner.

 I trusted that I was doing business with knowledgeable professionals; it turned out to be complicated issue due to communication details that were not clear to the Assistant State Attorney Dean Plattner. Justice was not served correctly in this case, Giraldo the so called 'Victim" should have-not used the office of the State Attorney office for a “Civil" manner. 

Mrs.Giraldo, is currently charged with 18 counts of fraud with the federal justice.
